Ebola epidemic and millions of victims is well knows and famous by the now the epidemic is over but our researchers are continue working for kick out these serious contagious disease and also working out to control disease in future, The research article recently appears in ACS' journal Analytical Chemistry.
The finding suggests a type of cellphone sized device that quickly detects ebola infection and can be well used in remote regions where normally unavailability of medical services. Generally for detection of ebola medical practitioner using blood sample and transfer it to urban laboratory in cold containers and after further laboratory PCR protocols the results detected in up to several hours for treatment of victims but new device detects ebola within 37 minutes as after taking blood samples and fast PCR procedures.
According to findings,
The device successfully detected the Ebola RNA. In addition to diagnosing the illness, the test also yielded information about how many RNA copies each sample contained.
